Your Rx Card

Knowing where to look for information on your prescription card can be tricky. Read about the three main fields on your card to help you understand your card.

1. Member ID & Group Number

Your Rx card will include a member ID number and group number, both of which help our team of specialists find your prescription information in our systems. Your pharmacist will also need this to help process your prescription information.

2. Pharmacist Information

BIN: 610020
Universal Rx Prescription Insurance PCN: PDM or PDMI
Discount Drug Card PCN: URX001
Our Rx Card will include special codes such as PCN & BIN numbers, that allow a pharmacist to complete your transaction. Without these codes, a prescription cannot be filled.
